Jack Entertainment bringing Pulse Arena to Ohio casinos

American casino operator Jack Entertainment has announced the signing of a multi-year deal that will soon see two of its Ohio properties begin offering the live dealer Pulse Arena innovation from Las Vegas-based innovator Interblock.

Detroit-headquartered Jack Entertainment revealed that it will start construction ‘in the coming weeks’ on new areas inside its Jack Cleveland Casino and Jack Cincinnati Casino, which are due to be christened as Synergy Table Games, in order to offer the multi-game Pulse Arena advance with the goal of having these bespoke rooms up and running by t 7BALL he end of March.

Jack Entertainment stated that the Synergy Table Games rooms inside its Cincinnati and Cleveland properties will subsequently each offer players ‘an arena-style adventure’ thanks to 28 Diamond electronic table game stations from Interblock featuring 27-inch video screens. It declared that customers inside these areas will be able to enjoy up to four simultaneous games of live dealer craps, roulette, baccarat and blackjack while enjoying ‘live DJs, pulsating lights, social interaction and giant video displays for a modernized approach to gaming’.

Additionally responsible for the Jack Thistledown Racino in the Cleveland suburb of North Randall, Jack Entertainment explained that it first introduced the Synergy Table Games concept utilizing technology from Interblock in 2016 at its Detroit Casino Hotel Greektown in Michigan.

“We are excited to add another level of excitement to our Ohio casinos as part of our ongoing commitment to gaming innovation,” read a statement from Brian Eby, Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice-President for Jack Entertainment. “Synergy Table Games has been successful at our Detroit property and we are confident that our Ohio guests seeking a more interactive and social gaming experience will enjoy it as well.”

Jack Entertainment detailed that its Synergy Table Games areas in Ohio are to moreover offer players a social element as they will be able to send messages to other competitors direct from their individual stations.

“The electronic table games arena is perfect for both established and new players as it allows new gamers to get comfortable with gaming at their own pace and challenges our experienced gamers to play multiple games at a time,” read the statement from Eby.

For its part, Interblock proclaimed that its customizable Pulse Arena innovation ‘pulls in new and existing players’ that are seeking ‘new and intuitive wagering experiences’ while a ‘video wall’ gives allows operators to ‘recognize key players and big wins’.
